Operator memo — Sharjeel

30 qualified booked calls in 45 days — generated by your own students going live.

The Affiliate Live Engine, installed and run for you. Here's the exact mechanism, the math, and the receipts.

6-min read — the application is at the bottom.

Case file — one client, one month
$5k → $116k

Same coach, same offer, same audience. The full engine that did it is drawn below — mechanism, math, receipts.

01The problem

Your content gets views. Your calendar doesn't feel it.

The booked calls you do get no-show at rates you've stopped admitting, and every fix runs through you — you're the bottleneck in your own sales process.

That gap between content and cash isn't an audience problem. It's a missing system.

02The mechanism

Five or six of your students, run as a paid live-selling channel.

Beginners are fine — I filter them. Then the engine runs in phases:

FilterWeek 0

Written criteria, not vibes: account activity, on-camera presence, schedule commitment, current student of the program.

TrainDays 1–7

One week of 1-on-1: scripts, live drills, my SOPs.

WarmDays 8–21

Deliberate dead lives. The accounts warm before anything is sold — that's design, not delay.

SellDays 21–45

Scheduled selling lives. Each student earns 20% of every close they produce — paid performers show up; unpaid volunteers quit.

SystemThroughout

Every viewer runs pre-qualification → booking → confirmation → your calendar. You close. I track everything.

You never touch a live.

03The math

Conservative, and labeled.

Row one is the only modeled number on this page. Everything else is measured — mine, or yours.

Rate card

DM → qualified booked call 25% Modeled — the one assumption in this table.
Booked → held ~85% My sequences. Case study: 52% → 92%.
Held → closed 25–30% Your current close rate — untouched in cycle one.
Net: booked → closed ~25% One close per four booked calls.
Cycle one — 5 affiliates · $3k ticket · 40% channel

Floor20 lives each · 1 DM per live 25~5~$15k+$4k
Promise~24 DMs per affiliate 307–8~$22k+$8k
Ceiling †30 lives each · ~500 DMs 125~19$55k+/mo

† The ceiling is scale at your current close rate — the story, not the promise. The guarantee stands on the promise row. I don't blur the two.

Median cycle one: 30 booked calls, ~7 closes, ~$22k collected on a $3k ticket. Your all-in — setup plus the full 40% channel — runs ≈ $13.5k, netting ≈ +$8k in the first 45 days. You also keep five trained live-sellers, warmed accounts, and the booking system.

That's ~$450 per qualified booked call at an 85% show rate. Compare what ads charge you per cold booked call — and ads can't make your own students publicly earn from your program.

04The receipts

Same coach, same offer, same audience. One month apart.

33% → 50%Held-call close rate
Dashboard before: 23 booked calls, 4 closed, roughly $5k collected
Before — 23 booked · 4 closed · ~$5k collected.
Dashboard after: 142 booked calls, 130 held, 67 closed, $116k collected
After — 142 booked · 130 held · 67 closed · $116k collected.

Real dashboards, not typed testimonials. This offer installs the front half of that machine — your students — on top of the back half that produced these numbers.

05The terms

$5,000 setup, once. Then 40% of what the engine tracks.

Setup is paid at signing. From there: 20% of tracked revenue to me, 20% to the students who produce it — attributed revenue only, through dedicated booking links and per-student codes, defined in the agreement.

If it isn't tracked, it isn't billed.

06The guarantee

30 qualified booked calls in your first 45 days from kickoff — or I keep working, free, until you have them. Under 20, the setup fee comes back in full.

"Qualified" is defined with you, in writing, at kickoff — so neither of us can move the line later.

07Who this is for

For

  • A $3k+ program sold through a sales call
  • 10+ active students
  • Owner-operated

Not for

  • Sub-$3k offers
  • No active cohort
  • Niches whose students would never go live
08The operator
Sharjeel

Sharjeel — growth operator.

Took a TikTok Shop mentorship from ~$5k to $116k collected in one month by rebuilding its content-to-cash system end to end.

142 booked calls that month. Show rate rebuilt from 52% to 92%. Close rate from 33% to 50%. Same offer, same audience.

This engine is that system with one upgrade: your students run the front of it — and get paid to.

You get me. Not a junior, not an agency.

09FAQ

Objections, answered.

"My students will flake."

That's why they're filtered against written criteria, paid $600 per close on a $3k ticket, and trained for a week before an account ever warms. Paid performers show up. Unpaid volunteers quit — which is why every version of this you've seen before died.

"40% of revenue is steep."

It's 40% of incremental, tracked revenue that doesn't exist today — attributed links and codes only. Compare it to what ads charge you for a cold booked call, then remember ads can't make your own students publicly earn from your program. The channel is the marketing.

"Why wouldn't I build this myself?"

You could. You'd be buying back the scripts, the SOPs, the training reps, the warming protocol, the booking system — and the hours. You're not paying for information. You're paying for an operator who runs it while you close.

"My students are beginners."

Beginners are the design assumption. The filter, the training week, and the warming phase exist for exactly that. I don't need influencers — I need five or six committed students and a schedule.
